Terms & Conditions
By using this website to book a service, you agree to comply with these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms & conditions, do not book a service with us.
Our Goal: We guarantee that all our services will be carried out with the utmost professionalism and quality.
Booking Confirmation
Booking a service online does not guarantee you a spot for that date/time; you will be contacted by email or phone for confirmation.
To reserve your cleaning date and time, a hold deposit of the whole service amount will be required. If the service is canceled without a 24-hour notice, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
Cleaning Crew
We usually work with teams of one or two cleaners, but occasionally more may be needed. Our cleaners undergo rigorous background screening before joining us, ensuring integrity and accountability.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to deny and/or terminate service due to safety concerns, inappropriate situations, weapons on-premises, severe clutter, or disconnected utilities.
Customer Duties & Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing a safe and healthy environment for our cleaners to work. Harassment or discrimination against our cleaners will not be tolerated.
Cleaning Day Preparation
Prepare your space by tidying up to allow the cleaners easy access. For an optimal cleaning experience, we recommend starting with a Deep Clean followed by Basic Cleans.
Add-On Services
Additional services are available for an extra charge. Please check our booking page for more options.
Pets
We work around pets but ask for limited indoor activity during cleaning for efficiency & safety. We reserve the right to remove our cleaners if pets become anxious or present a safety concern.
Service Fees
Prices may be adjusted based on the actual condition of the house. Our quotes are based on provided information; any deviations will be billed accordingly.
Payments
Payments must be made on the day of cleaning by credit or debit card.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds but will rectify errors reported within 24 hours at no charge.
Recurring Service Discount
Recurring discounts start AFTER the first cleaning service.
Rate Increases
Cleaning rates may be adjusted based on changes to service frequency or living situation.
Lockouts
Clients must ensure service location accessibility. Failure to provide access may result in a fee.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Holidays
We are unavailable on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year. Clients will be rescheduled.
Key Release
Client keys are securely stored. Upon termination, keys will be returned within 48 hours.
Non-Solicitation
Clients agree not to solicit our cleaners. Violation may result in a fee.
Governing Law
Any claim relating to our website shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
WeClean LLC reserves the right to change these terms & conditions without prior notice.
